General:

Polycrystalline semi-crystalline polymer characterized by its blue color and increased tenacity, flexibility and fatigue resistance of PA 6. It has proven to be an excellent material for toothed wheels, racks and sprockets.

• Good sliding properties
• Excellent wear resistance
• Good electrical insulation properties
• Good resistance to high-energy radiation (X-ray gamma-e)
• Good workability

Defects:

hygroscopic

Applications:

Mechanical: toothed wheels, racks and sprockets.
